Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) and ICICI Bank have come together for launching India's first automobile credit card, the Toyota ICICI Bank Co-Branded Credit Card. Through this tie-up, all customers who purchase a new Toyota vehicle will be offered a host of benefits that are uniquely packaged as a part of this initiative.
The alliance with ICICI Bank is in keeping with the Toyota value of 'customer first'. All our activities have our customers as their primary focus. We are constantly looking at opportunities for serving our customers better and in providing added value to them".
"The Toyota ICICI Bank Co-Branded Credit Card initiative is a step in this direction. The Toyota ICICI Bank Co-Branded Credit Card provides a basket of benefits that facilitates all aspect of motoring from car to fuel purchases. This offer will be available to both new and existing customers of Toyota, which are currently more than 2 lakh in number".
Speaking on this occasion, Ms. Chanda Kochhar, Executive Director, ICICI Bank, said, "We are pleased to announce the launch of the first co-branded automobile credit card. The value added benefits provided on the Toyota ICICI Bank Co-Branded Credit Card will give Toyota customers a better payment flexibility and convenience. The benefits accrued can be utilized across the complete ownership cycle of the Toyota vehicles. Customers can also choose to utilize these either directly for the servicing and maintenance of the vehicle, or otherwise like a credit card rewards program. The co-branded program will mutually work towards strengthening customer relationships and is a win-win for the Bank, Toyota and customers".

The Toyota ICICI Bank Co-Branded Card initiative seeks to provide greater convenience and benefits to existing as well as new buyers of Toyota vehicles. The service product comes into effect immediately.
About Toyota Kirloskar Motor:
TKM is a joint venture between Toyota Motor Corporation and the Kirloskar Group. TKM has invested nearly Rs. 1,500 crores in its plant at Bidadi, employing over 2,300 people. The plant started production in December 1999 and has a capacity of producing 60,000 units annually. The Innova and Corolla are currently manufactured at the Bangalore Plant while the Camry and the Land Cruiser Prado are being brought into India via the CBU route.
