14th November 2025: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), on the occasion of Children’s Day, strengthened its commitment to nurture future generations through education. The company has announced the handover of essential school infrastructure and learning support materials to 11 government schools in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focus on education.
The initiative aims to create improved learning environments and encourage holistic student development through TKM’s “Child-to-Community” approach. The enhancements include better classroom infrastructure, facilities for hygienic mid-day meals, and opportunities that encourage participation in extracurricular activities. These interventions are designed to make schools more engaging, inclusive, and conducive to learning.
Reflecting Toyota’s philosophy of “Samuday Vikas”, this initiative focuses on strengthening the grassroots of education by supporting students, teachers, and government schools.
The formal handover took place at Zilla Parishad Prathamik Shaala (ZPPS), Chincholi, in the presence of Smt. Jayashree A Chavan, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, local school authorities, and members of TKM’s CSR & External Affairs division.
Appreciating TKM’s contribution, Smt. Jayashree A Chavan, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, said, “TKM’s timely support for Bidkin’s government schools will enhance core learning facilities and directly benefit students in their daily education experience. Such corporate partnerships play a crucial role in strengthening the public education ecosystem. We are confident that this intervention will create lasting value for the children and the community.”
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Sudeep Dalvi, Chief Communication Officer, Senior Vice President & Head State Affairs, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, “At TKM, we believe that quality education is the foundation of an empowered society. By improving classroom infrastructure and environment, we are strengthening the grassroots of education.
