Bengaluru, 16th January 2026: Toyota Kirloskar Motor – Employees Union (TKM-EU) announced the results of its recently concluded union elections, with the group led by Mr. S. R. Deepak elected to all 10 posts of Office Bearers.
Following the election, Mr. S. R. Deepak has been re-elected as President, while Mr. Ravi R. will continue to serve as General Secretary. The outcome also signifies the retention of the same team of Office Bearers who have been in office since December 2021, reflecting continuity and sustained trust in the leadership.
The elections were conducted on January 9, 2026, under the supervision of officials from the Labour Department, Government of Karnataka and guided by the Assistant Labour Commissioner and a Retired Labour Officer, who acted as the Returning Officer. While announcing the results, the Returning Officer appreciated the proactive support and cooperation extended by the Toyota Kirloskar Motor management to conduct a seamless election process.
Expressing his gratitude, Mr S. R. Deepak, President, TKM-EU, reiterated the Union’s commitment to working collectively for the betterment of employees, the organization, and society at large.
Congratulating the Union on its decisive victory, the management at Toyota Kirloskar Motor reaffirmed its commitment to jointly work and collaborate with the Union to promote employee welfare and further strengthen the longstanding, mutually beneficial relationship with its workforce.
