T-TEP ACTIVITIES

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME:

Aiming to empower deserving students from economically challenged background to pursue their higher studies in technical institutes (ITIs/Polytechnics), TKM introduced the STAR (Scholarship Program for Technical Education And Recognition) under T-TEP. Eligible students can receive scholarship of up to Rs. 51,000 per year, covering educational expenses, hostel fees and family support.

T-TEP CAREER DAY:

The T-TEP Career Day is organized at the end of every batch. The Activity is facilitated by TKM and provides an opportunity for the students to join the Toyota Dealers based on their willingness and manpower requirement at different Dealers.

Career Day is conducted at all the T-TEP institute, where the Dealers are invited for one to one interaction with the T-TEP students. The event concludes with the declaration of results and improvement point both for students and institute as a whole.

T-TEP SEMINAR:

The T-TEP Seminar is one of the key activities which aims towards providing same level of education to the students across all T-TEP Institutes.

The seminar is conducted every year and serve as a platform for understanding the current level, take reflections from past, formulate our future, develop and implement common action plan. While all the institute management participate, selected Toyota Dealer partners are also participating to share their expectations on these young students who join their service workforce.
Best Performing institutes are awarded during the T-TEP Seminar.
